SYNOPSIS: Not only do
they share a special friendship but they also support each
other's passion - Dal-rae to become a famous actress and Ji-hwan
to follow Jackie Chan's footsteps. As they grew older, they
became more inseparable. But when Dal-rae met Young-hoon and
got involved romantically, everything changed. They seldom
see each other, which made them drift apart. Missing what
they used to do, Ji-hwan eventually realized that what he
is feeling for her is beyond friendship. Sad to say, it took
a tragic accident to make her see his true intentions.?
REVIEWS: It's proven.
Kwon Sang-woo and Kim Ha-nuel are definitely comedy's best
love team. They have this connection that makes it work on
and off screen. For some weird reasons, they even look alike
(maybe it's the hair). Their humor seems to be all natural.
The delivery of the punch line is timely. It's like completing
each other's sentences. And when they fight, they look even
cuter.
So far, this is the best comedy I've seen. There are few
that I really liked but sometimes, the ending disappoints
me. This time, I think Almost Love is funny all the way. Every
scene is enjoyable although there are some unnecessary ones.
But Sang-woo and Ha-nuel is on so no complaints here. I even
like it when Sang-woo does his dorky smile.
The story development is at its right pace. Even the time-span
in introducing the characters is just enough to show the history
and foundation of the friendship. So when it got to the dramatic
part, you feel bad for them.
I like the ending the best. They finished just where they
started. And what's good about it is is it's up to you what
comes next.
